Although no instructions came with product and it no being rocket science, it was a very nice shower head. It should be noted that the white washer in the inlet is a low flow device and should be removed, prior to installation if you desire normal water pressure and flow.

Went to several "big box" stores to look for brass shower head -- could not find one. A couple of those don't even carry brass as a complete assembly! Checked on-line & found this web site as the easiest to search & find at a good price what I wanted. Free shipping was a plus. Ordering was simple, it arrived sooner than I expected, was as good as it looks in photo, quality of product was excellent! Will re-visit this site if I need anything else in a hurry. (P S -- I used to work in "big box" store chain & know how it's difficult to get what you're really looking for without "extras". No hassles here.)
