The web site didn't have the dimensions and other specs I needed, but customer service was able to track down the info and place the order. It was great to talk to a real person who could answer my questions. I am very happy with the product and the service.

This soap dispenser was a perfect match for our faucet and pot filler. It looks and works great. It arrived in a timely manner. The only small issue was that it does not come ready to install on an inch and quarter thick counter top. The faucet was ready to install on that thickness. The problem was easily resolved by a quick trip to Home Depot for a little extension piece. Very pleased.

The faucet is heavy, which is an indication of quality. It was easy to install and functions like it should.
